OSU Homecoming 2021:
A Celebration of Nu's 125th Anniversary
and Unveiling of the Phase Two Renovation
Tri Delta Celebrated 125 years at Ohio State! Nu alumnae returned to campus on Homecoming weekend for three amazing events. Friday night's Gallery cocktail party was filled with pure joy as women reunited, toasts were given, and Nu's history was shared. Did you know that Tri Delta was the fourth sorority established at OSU (following Kappa, Theta, and Pi Phi)? We had a temporary home above Long's Bookstore at one point, and then we were the first sorority to secure an actual house (229 E. 15th was originally owned by a Tri Delta member's family). Saturday offered a catered brunch and an open house where alumnae could see the BEAUTIFUL reveal of the Phase Two renovation (read the Design & Renovation Update below). Sunday was the pinnacle event where alumnae (graciously served by our collegiate members) enjoyed a formal luncheon, more tributes, and an unforgettable song circle (featuring Wise Men, Beautiful Sisterhood, Rugged But Right, and many more). Deltas traveled from both coasts and everything in between spanning eight decades, from the 1950s to 2021. The strength of our sisterhood and the steadfast bonds that tie us was felt by all. It was truly special.
Thank you to Barbi Bjorn Hamor '86 for chairing the 2021 Homecoming and Anniversary weekend. It was a huge undertaking and she did a wonderful job! Snap, Snap, Snap..
ABOUT OUR CHAPTER
The Nu chapter of Tri Delta was chartered on March 31, 1896 at The Ohio State University. Our founding marked the 15th chapter of Tri Delta. Being a single letter chapter we are one of the oldest in Tri Delta with a rich history and bright future. Our collegian chapter is one of the strongest on the OSU campus, winning CHAPTER OF THE YEAR (again) for the FOURTH year in a row (2018-2021). As alumnae we are a dedicated group lending time, resources, mentorship and generous financial support to maintain Nu's presence at Ohio State. Nu will celebrate a milestone 125th birthday on Ohio State's campus in 2021!
Tri Delta is an assembly of women with shared values where you can be yourself and belong to something bigger. We are brave, bold and kind. We are passionate about serving others, committed to becoming the best version of ourselves and dedicated to helping women live, learn and lead – with Purpose – for a lifetime.

From drab to fab!
As 2019 came to an end we were proud and excited to announce the
Tri Delta Nu Chapter Capital Campaign - Leaving a Legacy - The renovation of the chapter house at The Ohio State University.
“For tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.” (African Proverb). A bright "tomorrow" will belong to Nu Chapter as alumnae embark on a well-planned and thoughtful renovation of our beloved chapter house. The grand Georgian at 229 E. 15th will receive a new lease on life with updates that will take her and Nu chapter into the next century.
